***Important Update***
With many schools not able to commit to allowing students to attend excursions (offsite events) and the difficulty of monitoring the vaccination status of a large crowd prior to the full easing of restrictions, SWC has made the difficult decision to postpone the SWC VET Careers Summit (which was to be held on 11.11.21 in conjunction with the Apprenticeship & Traineeship Expo) until 2022.
The South Western Sydney 2021 A&T Expo hosted by Brett Carter Events at the Liverpool Catholic Club has also been postponed until 2022 due to the evolving COVID-19 restrictions and circumstances.
The health and safety of everyone attending is our main priority and we appreciate your understanding and patience as we all work to navigate the best course through this. Once we can confirm a new date for 2022, we will let you know promptly.

What is the VET Summit?
It is a one day event, from 9:15am to 3:30pm where VET students will meet and interact with employers throughout the day. This includes interactive Career Workshops, VET Industry Q&A Panel and Speed Networking.
Is it COVID-SAFE?
Yes, the wellbeing of our participants remains our highest priority. COVID-19 measures are implemented in accordance with the latest advice from NSW Department of Education, SafeWork Australia and the Australian Government Department of Health.
